This page explains what information Kilomet collects when you sign up on this website, what we use it for, and what you can do with your information.
Who collects it
Kilomet, the running community and coaching team. You can reach us at kilomet.info@gmail.com, on 097 431 10 74, or on the Kilomet Facebook page.
What we collect
When you send the signup form: your name, phone number, email (optional), goal, the option or course you are interested in, a note, and for clubs or companies also the organization name, group size and wishes.
To block spam, the form also notes how long you took to fill it in, a hidden field meant for bots, and how many recent signups used the same phone number. We never ask for ID documents or payment details.
What we use it for
Only to get back to you by phone, Zalo or email about training, to send a confirmation email, and to protect the form from spam. We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.
Where it is stored and who handles it
Signups are stored in Kilomet’s Google Sheet through Google Apps Script, and a notice of each new signup is sent to the coaches’ Telegram group. Confirmation emails go out through an email service (Resend or Gmail). The website is hosted on GitHub Pages, which may log visitors’ IP addresses under its own policy.
The maps on the home page come from Google Maps. When a map loads, Google may receive some technical details about your browser under Google’s own policy.
Cookies and browser storage
The website uses no advertising cookies or trackers. Your browser stores only two small things: your light or dark theme choice, and the time of your latest signup (to prevent repeated sending). If we add an analytics tool later, this page will be updated.
How long we keep it
We keep your information as long as needed to contact and coach you. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your rights
You have the right to know, view, correct and request deletion of your information, and to withdraw your consent, under Vietnamese personal data protection law (including Decree 13/2023/ND-CP). Send your request to kilomet.info@gmail.com and we will handle it and reply.
If you are under 16, please ask a parent or guardian to sign up for you.
Changes to this policy
When something changes, we update this page and the date shown at the top.
